For a corporate Summer Party with customised activity zones, food, open bar, music and a live concert, the investment depends on the number of attendees, the level of customisation of the activities and the services included. At BrytSpace, we structure the budget in layers so the brand can clearly see which part corresponds to production, activities, food and coordination.

Prime IT wanted to bring together 120 employees from different locations across Spain and break away from the traditional corporate event format. We created a team-building experience featuring customized game zones, fine dining, music, and a live concert, designed to foster spontaneous connections between teams. They needed to celebrate a milestone without resorting to the usual restaurant setting or traditional corporate dinner. We designed a private dinner at an art gallery in Madrid, combining fine dining, a visually striking setting, and discreet execution under the concept “Fine Food, Fine Art, Fin(e)ance.”

What Prime IT Needed for Its Event
Prime IT needed to bring together employees from different offices across Spain in a space for genuine disconnection, beyond the traditional corporate dinner. With distributed teams and remote working, the goal was to help people get to know each other and connect naturally.
The event had to be dynamic and participatory, able to keep attendees' energy up throughout the afternoon.

From Company Dinner to Connection Experience
The challenge was to make the activities more than just entertainment: a real tool to encourage interaction between people who rarely work together in person, in a dynamic format capable of sustaining the energy of 120 attendees throughout the afternoon and evening.

An operating system to spark connection between teams
We designed the experience as a free-flowing route between activity zones: giant bowling, darts, cones, surf and Volley Pong, all customised with Prime IT's visual identity and supported by specialist staff who ran each game.
We structured every layer of the day (welcome, activities, food, music and a closing concert) so that the brand was present organically and interaction between offices happened without forcing it.

Need more help?Yes, each experience is designed based on the objective, the audience, the budget, and the brand’s context. We can start with a similar format (activation, pop-up, dinner, workshop, community event, or launch) and adapt it so that it makes sense for your brand, your guests, and the outcome you want to achieve.
We can guide you from the initial idea through to execution: concept development, venue search, supplier selection, budgeting, coordination, production, setup, and on-site support during the event. We can also assist you with specific aspects if you’ve already made progress and need help with suppliers, production, the guest experience, content, or logistics.
It depends on the number of attendees, the city, the venue, catering, production, decor, content, customization, and the level of coordination required. At brytspace, we break down the budget into layers so you can understand which portion corresponds to each element and make decisions with greater clarity.
Tell us what you want to achieve, who the experience is for, when you'd like to hold it, and what examples you have in mind. With that information, we can help you finalize the format, estimate your needs, suggest the right suppliers, and determine the next steps to make it a reality.
