Private dinner at an art gallery in Madrid

J.P. Morgan needed to celebrate a milestone without resorting to the usual restaurant setting or traditional corporate dinner. We designed a private dinner at an art gallery in Madrid, combining fine dining, a visually striking setting, and discreet execution under the concept “Fine Food, Fine Art, Fin(e)ance.”

Needs

What J.P. Morgan Needed for His Private Dinner

For a small group, every decision carried more weight: the space, the table, the cuisine, the pace of service, and the atmosphere all had to work together.

The experience had to feel intimate, thoughtful, and special, without seeming overly staged or disrupting the natural tone of the celebration.

The Challenge

Elevate a dinner without making the celebration seem over-the-top

To create an experience that lived up to the occasion, but without turning it into an over-the-top production with a small group, every detail had to feel intentional: the space, the table, the cuisine, the pace of service, and the atmosphere all had to come together to create an intimate, fluid, and memorable celebration.

How We Did It

The Invisible Architecture Behind a Private Dinner

We designed the experience around three layers: the space, the cuisine, and the operations.

First, we selected an art gallery in Madrid to set the celebration apart from the typical restaurant setting. Next, we crafted a subtle narrative based on the concept “Fine Food, Fine Art, Fin(e)ance,” connecting the visual environment, the dinner, and the client’s financial context.

From there, we coordinated catering, production, logistics, and timing to ensure the experience flowed seamlessly without any visible interruptions.

Cost

How much does it cost to organize a similar corporate event?

For a private dinner in Madrid, the cost depends on the venue, catering, number of guests, and the level of production required.

At brytspace, we break down the budget into layers so that each component—venue, cuisine, concept, logistics, and coordination—is clear from the start.

What You Need to Know Before Contacting Us

Let's cut to the chase. If you still can't find what you're looking for, write to us.

Do you need more help?

Yes, each experience is designed based on the objective, the audience, the budget, and the brand’s context. We can start with a similar format (activation, pop-up, dinner, workshop, community event, or launch) and adapt it so that it makes sense for your brand, your guests, and the outcome you want to achieve.

We can guide you from the initial idea through to execution: concept development, venue search, supplier selection, budgeting, coordination, production, setup, and on-site support during the event. We can also assist you with specific aspects if you’ve already made some progress and need help with suppliers, production, the guest experience, content, or logistics.

It depends on the number of attendees, the city, the venue, catering, production, decor, content, customization, and the level of coordination required. At brytspace, we break down the budget into layers so you can understand which portion corresponds to each element and make decisions with greater clarity.

Tell us what you want to achieve, who the experience is for, when you’d like to hold it, and what examples you have in mind. With that information, we can help you finalize the format, estimate your needs, suggest the right suppliers, and determine the next steps to make it a reality.
