The challenge was to transform a brand presentation into a moment of genuine connection: a space with its own personality, high-quality content, and production with meticulous attention to detail—without the event feeling overly formal or staged.
How We Did It
An operating system to launch the presentation
We designed the experience as a two-part journey: first, a product presentation and demo to convey OpenAI’s vision; then, a cocktail reception featuring a client panel and close-up magic to naturally extend the conversation.
We structured every aspect of the event—venue, cuisine, content, entertainment, and coordination with the international team—so that the exclusivity would be felt without needing to be staged.
