B2B Workshop in Madrid to Build a Community of Fashion Brands

We organized a B2B workshop for Reveni in Madrid aimed at fashion brands and e-commerce teams. The goal was to create a space where their community could share their challenges, work on case studies, and build valuable connections around a topic relevant to their industry: international expansion.

Needs

What Reveni Needed for Its Event

We centralize vendors, proposals, and execution so that organizing an event is no longer just another task.

Position ourselves as a meeting place for fashion brands, foster networking, and turn a business topic into an actionable in-person experience.

Avoid a passive format and execute without relying on an in-house production team.

Concept for the first quarterly in-house event.

A more interactive format than a traditional lecture.

A space for group work and networking.

A content structure that is rhythmic and clear.

Physical materials to facilitate the activities.

Catering tailored for a mid-morning session.

The Challenge

A strategic concept within a comprehensive event

We design the concept, activities, run-of-show, venue, catering, materials, photography, video, and on-the-day coordination, as well as strategic content, small-group activities, customized materials, catering, audiovisual documentation, and a space for networking at the end of the event.

How We Did It

Architecture, production, and end-to-end coordination

We defined the event’s structure—what key moments it should include, how the session should flow, and how to prevent the content from becoming a one-way presentation.

From there, we coordinated the selection and negotiation of the venue, catering, the design of the run-of-show, the production of materials, and the management of audiovisual vendors.

The experience was structured so that each part of the event had a clear purpose: welcoming attendees, setting the context, working in small groups, sharing conclusions, and wrapping up with networking.

Cost

For a private corporate event in Madrid for about 40–50 people, the cost can range from €8,000 to €10,000, depending on the venue, catering, production, decor, and additional services. In this case, the approximate cost per person was €180.
