For a product launch in Madrid featuring a running experience, venue, catering, beverages, product sampling, merchandising, creators, and on-site coordination, the cost depends on the number of attendees, the production level of the venue, and the services included. At brytspace, we break down the budget into layers so the brand can clearly see which portion corresponds to the venue, vendors, production, customization, community, and execution.
Running Experience: Product Launch & Community
New Balance wanted to launch Elipse in Madrid without resorting to the typical brand event. We created an experience that blended running, community, and lifestyle, transforming a weekend outing into an authentic moment of connection centered around the brand. The format was designed to generate organic content, conversation, and genuine affinity among audiences aligned with the New Balance universe.

What New Balance Needed for Its Event
New Balance needed to launch the Elipse in Madrid without resorting to a traditional product launch.
The goal was to connect the shoe with a real community of runners, lifestyle enthusiasts, and content creators, generating organic visibility, conversation, and real-time content.
The activation had to feel authentic, social, and aligned with the “Lose Track of Time” concept.

From Campaign to Cultural Moment
The concept “Lose Track of Time” needed to evolve from a campaign idea into a physical experience with a journey, rhythm, and narrative tension: a moment where the product would appear naturally, the community would play an active role, and the content would emerge organically.

An operating system to bring the experience to life
We designed the experience as a two-part journey: first, a running session to connect the product with movement; then, a social gathering at Gallobúho to expand the conversation, share content, and reinforce the brand’s lifestyle universe.
From there, we structured every aspect of the event: venue, catering, beverages, product sampling, customized materials, venue aesthetics, vendors, and on-site execution.
Every moment had a clear function within the system: to engage the community, integrate the product, generate interaction, and ensure that the “Lose Track of Time” concept came to life naturally.

What You Need to Know Before Contacting Us
Let's cut to the chase. If you still can't find what you're looking for, write to us.
Do you need more help?Yes, each experience is designed based on the objective, the audience, the budget, and the brand’s context. We can start with a similar format (activation, pop-up, dinner, workshop, community event, or launch) and adapt it so that it makes sense for your brand, your guests, and the outcome you want to achieve.
We can guide you from the initial idea through to execution: concept development, venue search, supplier selection, budgeting, coordination, production, setup, and on-site support during the event. We can also assist you with specific aspects if you’ve already made some progress and need help with suppliers, production, the guest experience, content, or logistics.
It depends on the number of attendees, the city, the venue, catering, production, decor, content, customization, and the level of coordination required. At brytspace, we break down the budget into layers so you can understand which portion corresponds to each element and make decisions with greater clarity.
Tell us what you want to achieve, who the experience is for, when you’d like to hold it, and what examples you have in mind. With that information, we can help you finalize the format, estimate your needs, suggest the right suppliers, and determine the next steps to make it a reality.
